The platform allows critical data to be controlled and single-source for all points in a publication. The collaboration of real-time updates, comments, and history audits allows a quicker completion of publications with the comfort of greater accuracy.

What do you like best about Workiva? I enjoy linking and being able to enter information into one place, and propegate/publish it to several places across multiple documents. I enjoy being able to automate processes using wdata and chains. We use Workiva on daily basis to automate processes and a regular basis to prepare reports. The customer service at workiva is best in class.

I love the ease of collaboration with others, how customer service is interactive and responsive to comments, and how simple it is to manage preparation of a document. They have taken all the nightmares out of version control, editing and communication and simplified it. It's a software that is a dream come true.

Workiva's WDESK platform allows me to easily integrate all quarterly & ad hoc financial reporting deliverables, including financial statements, press releases and earnings presentations. What do you like best about Workiva? We initially wanted Workiva's WDesk to solve our main problem...To keep the correct table formatting in our financial footnotes. We were using MS word and excel at the time, and they would not hold to their formatting when converting to PDF. What do you like best about Workiva? I enjoy how easy it is to import data and link data between spreadsheets and word documents, tag XBRL and file our documents all in one platform. Maintaining historical data and rolling forward periods is super simple and can be done in a matter of clicks. We recently started to use Workiva for our internal, management reporting as well as our SEC reporting and have seen fantastic efficiencies!

What do you like best? There are so many great things about WDesk. I think the most important feature, currently, is the ability to track any & all changes made, and keep a good audit trail (all within WDesk) detailing what changes were made and why.

What do you like best? Being able to do XBRL in house. Not only the cost savings but the flexibility. The ability to make last minute changes and not compromise SEC filing deadlines.

What do you like best? The linking functionality gives me comfort that numbers used are accurate. I only update one source file and all linked destinations are automatically updated. The permissions settings and customization are useful for control purposes to limit who has access to what information. The review functionality (Blacklines and review comments) and Tasks Lists are all useful when working with multiple users as I can assign and reassign tasks and comments.
