What do you like best about Workiva? I have been using Workiva for the past several years to help create filing documents, including Form 10-Ks, 10-Qs and 8-K's. The software works well in a web browser and can also be used to create presentation slide decks with capabilities similar to PowerPoint. What do you like best about Workiva? We utilize Workiva for management of our SOX program and keeping all data and documents in one place and this works great, we are in the product on a daily basis. There are many great features with the software. Implementing and integrating the software was smooth and efficient, while any questions we had were easily answered by customer support.

What do you like best about Workiva? I like the interconnectivity between the spreadsheets and my word document so that I am quickly able to publish links and it will immediately update all the relavant sections.

What do you like best about Workiva? I enjoy linking and being able to enter information into one place, and propegate/publish it to several places across multiple documents. I enjoy being able to automate processes using wdata and chains. We use Workiva on daily basis to automate processes and a regular basis to prepare reports. The customer service at workiva is best in class.

I love the ease of collaboration with others, how customer service is interactive and responsive to comments, and how simple it is to manage preparation of a document. They have taken all the nightmares out of version control, editing and communication and simplified it. It's a software that is a dream come true.

What do you like best about Workiva? Amazing customer service. Any questions, our Rep is immediately and sometimes pro-actively responsive. The platform allows critical data to be controlled and single-source for all points in a publication. The collaboration of real-time updates, comments, and history audits allows a quicker completion of publications with the comfort of greater accuracy.

What do you like best about Workiva? For internal audit purposes, document management is super easy and navigating controls is very efficient. It's all very easy to learn, and makes testing controls very easy to do, add follow ups, and to ask questions.

We also use the permissions to limit user error by limiting access to certain sections of our documents and/or marking them complete.
