"Easily the best complete helpdesk software out there"

What do you like best about Wavity Help and Service Desk? We have been using Wavity for 1-2 years, and I love it. It allows our team to stay on task, easily communicate through notes on tickets, and, most importantly, get work completed efficiently. We chose this software because it was cost-effective, but we kept using it because it was easy to use, configure and had a large community of support.
