"Unbeatable features and service for the price - which is free!"
What do you like best about Wave? The fact that it does everything Quickbooks does (and more) and is FREE. I've used Quickbooks for 15 years, and I started having a lot of issues with the software and their customer service. I tried Wave out a couple of years ago but ended up going back to QB for their mobile app. However, QB started taking features away from the app, so I saw no reason to keep paying so much money for something when Wave does it all for free. The free version of app can help you manager your small business. I didn't use their payment options, so I can say nothing about that. The app is good for invoicing and accounting.

"Best Small Biz Accounting System"
What do you like best about Wave? I love how easy Wave is to use, how I can track all expenses, and run reports whenever I need them. Super easy to send invoices, get online payment and now even add payment links to websites.

Holding Money Hostage - It's Theft!!
After a few years of using Wave successfully I they have started holding my money and not releasing it. They have $28,000 worth of paid invoice money which they have not released. No communication as to why, and no communication as to when it will be released. We are a super small operation working on super thin margins and they are hurting us so badly right now. They are clearly in financial trouble. Do Not use this company for any reason!! Stop running your invoices through these people. ...

"I love this Invoicing Tool."
What do you like best about Wave? When I started using Wave it was entirely free for people outside of the US/Canada. It made my start into entrepreneurship easier. I was able to keep track of all invoices and payments, and the reporting feature offered great insight. It supports both mobile and web usage so thats a plus.

"The Only Way My Business Runs!"
What do you like best about Wave? I love that Wave is free to use & easy to use. The fact that I can set up recurring invoices for my customers and manually send them is a major plus! I also really appreciate that Wave has an app that I can use so that I don't have to be connected to my computer constantly. STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY. I used them for years for simple accounting and decided to use them for payroll two years ago. I've gotten IRS notices twice about them messing up my quarterly payroll tax returns and now IRS is assessing levy due to them not filing properly. You cannot get them to respond, their chat bot is a joke and when i repeatedly emailed them they keep saying they are busy with year end reporting. This has been going on for months. So angry. Making the switch to Quickbooks immediately

Been with them for years and love Wave payments.
I've been with Wave for about 7 years. I really like using them for payment processing and sending invoices. I love how easy it is to send an invoice from my phone when I am on the go. I also use some of their accounting software. Now that I am established with them and never have had any chargebacks it's been great! They don't make me jump through hoops anymore.
