What do you like best about Waitwhile? The overall ease of use of Waitwhile allows end-users to smoothly configure and setup user accounts, stores/locations, and link to other resources via api or directly with Waitwhile connections (Zapier).

What do you like best about Waitwhile? It is super user-friendly and a great tool to collect data on customers and salespersons' responses. It is also visually well-designed. Ihave now been using it for a long time, and it makes day to day business operation really smooth.

Another Feature is that we can also utilize the waitwhile app. This allows for great access without being tied up to a desktop computer

What do you like best about Waitwhile? I like being able to see how long each customer has waited at a glance. It keeps the wait process in a high volume store as organized as it can possibly be.
