What do you like best about Waitwhile? The most helpful tool in waitwhile is the chat feature, i can communicate with customers so i know if they are running late or not

What do you like best about Waitwhile? It is super user-friendly and a great tool to collect data on customers and salespersons' responses. It is also visually well-designed. Ihave now been using it for a long time, and it makes day to day business operation really smooth.

What do you like best about Waitwhile? Amazing customer service! Anytime we are having trouble altering the Waitwhile settings, the team is always there to assist. And ease of use. Even our newest students have no trouble signing up for the first time.

"WaitWhile is a great software for our departments use"
What do you like best about Waitwhile? First off the webintegration is easy to access, we can setup our needs very quickly and having to rely on using it every day for work, this is great to have to be able to quickly jump into the list and check the pending cusotmers that needs help. Another Feature is that we can also utilize the waitwhile app. This allows for great access without being tied up to a desktop computer

What do you like best about Waitwhile? It is a easy way to organize the customers we have to deal with. Very Easy to Use and Implement. We use it everyday to Organize the customer base. It is also easy to maintain, and setup, the features included allows us to see and scope the amount of customers that visits during the day so we can properly staff the sales floor. It is a great tool for us to better support our customers. and help them quickly with their own needs.

"Makes long waits organized"
What do you like best about Waitwhile? I like being able to see how long each customer has waited at a glance. It keeps the wait process in a high volume store as organized as it can possibly be.
