What do you like best about Wagepoint? It is very user-friendly and easy to learn. It was also very easy to implement in my organization because of how simple the system was. What do you like best about Wagepoint? It is extremely easy to use and administer. Both from an employer's perspective and from a staff's perspective. I also appreciate the reminders, automatic filing and reports.

What do you like best about Wagepoint? It is very easy to see the details on your payslips and download them. Wagepoint's user interface is very simple and easy to use.

PROS: For most systems, you will not get the kind of customer service Wagepoint has. The responsive is amazing with a 5 minutes maximum wait before you get a representative to help you out. They do not just look to solve your issue and move on, they help you succeed in using the tool for your payroll needs. In the process, you get to learn more about the product and save time due to the fast response you get for the issues you have.

Seamless management of payroll for our clients

PROS: It has allowed me to process and manage payroll for multiple companies with many employees. I can do this within a short time which makes work easier. For example, I manage payroll for about 7 clients with more than 30 employees which takes me lesser time as compared to other payroll systems. With such speed, I can find value in this product. Also, it enhances payment of the relevant tax to the CRA remittances for our clients.

PROS: The tool gives a good user experience. Entering data into software is very easy and less tiring. Anyone can do this. The platform is simple which adds to how effective the tool can be. It is easy to get around the product and thus there is no learning curve. The customer service beats all as it is highly responsive and helpful when you face problems using the product. You get all the help you need and more to help you make the best use of the tool.

What do you like best about Wagepoint? The single sign-on feature is a Huge PLUS for me. Also when a user logs in to the platform, the user can select whether to see the amount paid or not is a win
