What do you like best about VWO Testing? First of all the setup of tests is very easy with 4 simple steps, really helps non-technical people in the organization. The ability to do detailed segmentation is a huge positive. Capabilities like Mult-arm bandit and mutually exclusive group are very helpful. The biggest advantage is the ability to link tests with dynamic realtime heatmapping data, helps figure out why a certain version has performed the way it has. What do you dislike about VWO ...

I would say that some of the best parts of having VWO as a service are the simplicity that the platform provides and how our account manager is always willing to help us and solve any doubts and issues for us. What do you dislike about VWO Testing? There have been times when glitches have appeared in the analysis feature, but nothing that couldn't be solved or clarified in a few calls between us and the VWO team.
