What do you like best about VWO Insights - Web? The actual analytics suite is very nice and the flow of setting up experiments well thought out. I did like their presentation layer. What do you dislike about VWO Insights - Web? Continuously had issues creating multi-variant tests. Our traffic was too much, so we needed to sample, which did not provide very effective analysis. Agents work directly with you and are very reactive in solving any issues or answering any questions you might have. What do you like best about VWO Insights - Web? Heatmaps, Recordings, A/B tests have been great for our company. Heatmaps are excellent quick evaluation tools for individual pages. Recordings are good for adding on to that quantitative evaluation with qualitative user experience perspective. What do you dislike about VWO Insights - Web? Goals and observations don't seem to be as useful as I initially thought. Observations seem to get in the way of tests. I do observations in other software ...
