One of the better platforms I've used for sales
What do you like best? I love that it is web based and it's very fast and user friendly. I didn't need that much training on it to get familiar with it, What do you dislike? I do not like that you can only filter for one piece of information at a time. Sometimes i find myself in need of additional filters applied at the same time. VTiger for small print and embroidery shop
What do you like best? What I like best is its flexibility and simple use at the end user level. Once the program is set-up, I can use drop down menus to create quotes, orders, POs and invoices quickly. What do you dislike? I wish it was more mobile friendly so I can easily create quotes on my phone and tablet and convert to PDF to e-mail the client for approval. Excellent CRM
What do you like best? The workflows and API's the best. Being able to setup automated tasks and procedures are a god-send. They are intelligent and save a lot of time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's really easy to use !! at first you get your tickets in one single page, keep tracking of any updates of your tickets, even the graphics view is really helpful to arrange the tickets and priorities. A Complete CRM System
What do you like best? Very intuitive platform and a great team. I really like that you can see who opened the newsletter and how many times that person did it. Most Underrated CRM
What do you like best? The best thing about this CRM, besides it being a mature product with years of daily improvement, is the dedication of the support team. We used to use a competitor CRM, in fact the biggest CRM out there, and they pale in comparison to VTiger in all aspects.
