With some understanding and assistance from support, I can just about anything I want with my business. At the same time, I get to expand my knowledge. Nice interface and ajax fields for looking up data and contacts.

What do you like best? I like the Ajax search fields they make filling out a ticket or contact very easy and fast. What do you dislike? The search function has a lot to be desired. It really only works for simple keywords and the search bar data resets when clinking in the box. This is very annoying. What do you like best? This id the best CRM i ever used.
