Great Way to manage your work
What do you like best? Easy to read, easy to organize, very simple interface What do you dislike? Slow load times on some days. Sometimes difficult to set up new organization tools What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great experience
What do you like best? The possibility to connects products, clients, contacts and you can always change for your best convenience all the tabs. I like also the possibility to create presentations of our products to send to our clients in a really easy way. What do you dislike? the Vtiger product is GREAT!!
What do you like best? I have found the program to be intuitive and easy to use. Whenever I have had questions, the support team has been extremely responsive and helpful! What do you like best? A complete repository of a customer sales cycle: Leads, Marketing, Contacts, Organizations, Calendar, Pipeline management with workflows you can modify/customize for your specific business needs. There are many more modules to expand into/utilize, but the CRM functionality is exceptional. What do you dislike?
