Great All In One Platform

What do you like best? I like that everything is under the one platform. What do you dislike? That it can be hard to use to start with for people that are not computer literate. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great CRM to keep everyone up to date and accessible in one area. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A Great Platform for business of any size wanting to reach customer satisfaction!

What do you like best? I can organize and remodel different stages of the sales cycle. It's been easy to also collaborate with other team members and clients as well. What do you dislike? Vtiger and it's use for tracking out customers by cases

What do you like best? I like how seemingly it is to use. Assets are linked to organizations and the organizations linked to individuals. If I have 1 or 3 it's possible to find everything else. What do you dislike? There's some bugs we've tried sorting out such as clicking on a link on our emails and if not sending you directly to it if you're not logged in. Brilliant Service - Runs my business and my ticket logging system for our support perfectly!

The ticket logging system and the work flows works well for our support centre - We are also able to combine all aspects of our business together - Sales, Support, Dispatch, Operations ETC What do you dislike? Amazing CRM which is user friendly and easy to use

What do you like best? There are different modules which is a good factor to keep information separately. Even documents can be saved for clients database. All my team can work together and no lag in the system apart from the daily 1 hour required to upgrade the system. What do you dislike? Nothing as of now as it is good to use for us.
