I love the customization

What do you like best? Vtiger CRM is great. I've used it since version 6.3. It is an ever changing system where they keep adding lots of new features, you get add-ons for needed customizations and more. What do you dislike? The user forum kind of sucks. What do you like best? I really enjoy that we have our marketing, sales and support all in one CRM. It makes it so much easier than utilizing 3 different software apps. What do you dislike? We get errors when we upload new contacts and it doesn't always say what the error is. It might say it imported 80 contacts and 20 have errors but what are they? So we just upload the contacts again and usually that'll fix it. Overall, we really haven't had any big bad issues with it. ...
