One of the top open source options available.
PROS: I like how flexible it can be. Customization options are available. We spotted numerous network add-ons that enabled us to customize the system itself. We didn't do much customized programming. CONS: There's really not much to hate with the product. It's the best out there. But I'd like to have their enhanced reporting functionality included on their free version. I perfectly understand how reporting can be a big thing to deal with, but such functionality pre-installed are a little weak.

PROS: Its functionality allows for the creation of modules from ground up. With some understanding and assistance from support, I can just about anything I want with my business. At the same time, I get to expand my knowledge. This worked perfectly for my company that's currently a combination of sales and service. CONS: I feel the software does a great job in most aspects. It’s a robust CRM software that can be customized and with sales/service integration.
PROS: CRM users are finding it a lot simpler to navigate. That means, implementation is easier. It makes us stand out and be more professional looking. We were able to personali the CRM to meet our business requirements while keeping our customers comfortabe in making a deal with us. CONS: "Hate" is a really big word.
