Brilliant Service - Runs my business and my ticket logging system for our support perfectly!
What do you like best? The ticket logging system and the work flows works well for our support centre - We are also able to combine all aspects of our business together - Sales, Support, Dispatch, Operations ETC What do you dislike? Amazing CRM which is user friendly and easy to use
What do you like best? There are different modules which is a good factor to keep information separately. Even documents can be saved for clients database. All my team can work together and no lag in the system apart from the daily 1 hour required to upgrade the system. What do you dislike? Nothing as of now as it is good to use for us. What do you like best? The platform is so versatile and smart, you can do anything you want. You can create workflows that will do the job of two employees and keep everything on track. vTiger is Amazing and Flexible
What do you like best? The ability to modify and create custom modules> Easy configuration to fit any business. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how flexible it can be. Customization options are available. We spotted numerous network add-ons that enabled us to customize the system itself. We didn't do much customized programming. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Its functionality allows for the creation of modules from ground up. What do you like best? This id the best CRM i ever used.
