Great CRM

What do you like best? Functional, Usable, is very easy to set tasks and events. Updates fast. Great crm. comments and the calendar are very good. What do you dislike? I wish the calendar was better. One place to organize prospects and daily work.

What do you like best? The V-tiger is excellent instrument to schedule the business visit in calendar which helps in turn to track the past meetings. The dashboard makes it so easy to view the status of the business prospects with the stages. What do you dislike? The location logging section is not accurate. Conveninent and very useful

What do you like best? The vtiger is very easy to use also from service point of view i can generate all the visit reports at once for a week or month. Also it was very easy to see the day to day activity of our engineers and as they describe at the end of the day report. Also it was easy to generate service contract for the customers and keep a track of it. Like when it is likely to expiry and got the notification from vtiger about the renewal of the same. What do you like best? the best is the easiness of creating contacts, opportunities, adding or editing What do you dislike? I really dislike a lot that some of the features of vtiger are not easy to use for people without IT background. Found all needed things for management reporting in one application.

What do you like best? It is easy to use. It helps to keep on updating whole team about thing performed by individual. Our Management can keep track of everything with the same application for that we don't have to use any other mail system. What do you dislike? Easy to get started with and has more features than you could shake a stick at

What do you like best? I actually like that it is simple to get started, i know there are a load of features that we don't use to their full extent but for a small business to be able to hit the ground running on day one is a big thing. Their help responses are always good. What do you dislike?
