What do you like best about vPlaybook? vPlaybook is easy to navigate and use as the admin (creating new sections, etc.) The support team is excellent. It's hard to separate the vPlaybook piece from the DSG engagement. If that is irrelevant for this, please disregard, but when I moved into my role, the engagement with DSG was in place already and the playbooks were moving forward.
