What do you like best about Voxpopme? The video capture and integration with Qualtrics What do you dislike about Voxpopme? Nothing, really. Easy setup, good customer support. What problems is Voxpopme solving and how is that benefiting you? Increased qualitative understanding to pair with quantitative data on market research and barnd management.

"Solid, relatively cost effective solution"

What do you like best about Voxpopme? Voxpopme is a great solution for collecting customer and consumer insights remotely. We used to try to do this via in-person focus groups, but n the current environment that's just not an option. Costs are very reasonable relative to the cost of facilities, refreshments, travel, and coordination when compared to an in-person focus group. What do you dislike about Voxpopme? It's still not cheap when viewed relative to a traditional survey solution, ...

They need to work on their support

They need to work on their support. I have been a reviewer for them for a long time, have made many videos and over £100 from the site. On occasions I’ve had videos declined, so I wrote in to ask why. All you ever get is an almost automated reply, stating the possible reasons. Not exact reasons. If I ask a specific question, I expect a specific answer. Not some copy and pasted garbage
