Giving them a 3 as I did a trial for old el paso which had a £10 payment if you completed and responses were all accepted which they were however the £10 payment never came and you cannot contact them via the app as when you click contact it doesn't do anything. Pretty gutted if I'm honest as seemed a great concept

What do you like best about Voxpopme? Working at Qualtrics, Voxpopme is an awesome tool for communicating with clients and customers and receiving feedback. It is so easy and stress free. Customers are way more likely to give an honest review when they are not in person so I feel like Voxpopme has allowed us to gather more accurate data in our reviews. It can be a bit clunky in inserting subtitles and captions What problems is Voxpopme solving and how is that benefiting you? Bringing the feedback to life, people give much richer feedback on the reasons for their scores in video.

What do you like best about Voxpopme? I like how we can get small bits of qualitative data from a large sample very quickly and digitally. Focus groups are huge undertakings, and getting quick qualitative data on questions we have is very helpful. The ability to edit clips into video reels is also very useful. "Solid, relatively cost effective solution"

What do you like best about Voxpopme? Voxpopme is a great solution for collecting customer and consumer insights remotely. We used to try to do this via in-person focus groups, but n the current environment that's just not an option. Costs are very reasonable relative to the cost of facilities, refreshments, travel, and coordination when compared to an in-person focus group. What do you dislike about Voxpopme?
