What do you like best? Great coverage with a local presence, ease of use, modern portal, and API. What do you dislike? Coverage could be even better in Europe for some eastern European countries. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Leveraging their service to offer our SaaS customers good quality VoIP services around Europe and the world.

What do you like best? Not a single ticket missed. Every case is resolved in timely manner, the worst time is - end of current business day, some, are <5 minutes. Increasing the price of Sip Trunk zone A by 187% in 7 days.

What do you like best? Interface of tool is nice and easy to use although the support is slow. What do you dislike? Commercially, they behave like beasts where they simply increase the normal channel pricing from 8 eur/month to 15 eur/month so by 187% with just 7 days warning period.
