What do you like best about Vonage Contact Center (formerly NewVoiceMedia)? Integration with salesforce and ease of scalability was great for us since we were a small SaaS company in the beginning. Now that we have grown from less than 50 employees to over 100 in just the past year, scaling with Vonage was super easy.

"Stable, effective and highly effecient."
What do you like best about Vonage Contact Center (formerly NewVoiceMedia)? Vonage Contact Center has been the backbone of of Support platform for years and we can't imagine looking elsewhere. The visibility into client traffic, ease with which we can manage our teams and reliability have allowed us to focus on our customers, not our systems and structure. Beyond that the people and partnerships (our CSM Danny sets the bar for me for what a CSM can be) have truly been what differentiates them.

"New Voice Media Review"
What do you like best about Vonage Contact Center (formerly NewVoiceMedia)? Makes tracking calls easy, and click to dials allows you to make many calls quickly. Additionally being able to listen to previous call recordings is a big plus for improving my own skills.

"2 Years in and the integrations between VBC, VCC and Salesforce have gotten worse"
What do you like best about Vonage Contact Center (formerly NewVoiceMedia)? Without Vonage our business would've been dead in the water during COVID-19. Vonage has allowed our business to remain fully open without any interruption due to COVID. It was a relatively smooth launch and our initial representative from New Voice Media had done a great job at building our Dial Plan IVR.
