Very Satisfied Customer

What do you like best? It's simple and customer service is very helpful What do you dislike? So far, nothing! I wasn't able to get they phone # I wanted but they were able to help me find something that was close. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's so helpful to have multiple phones receiving incoming calls. We have an office manager that works from home 2 days a week and she is able to answer the phone from home!

Vonage and working remotely at Big Rigs Inc

What do you like best? It's hard to choose among the many benefits we have found using Vonage but if I have to choose one, it will be the ability to work from just about anywhere that I have a good internet connection and feel like I am in my office. Best professional app for calling and messaging in USA

What do you like best? Vonage is very easy to install and we can call anyone in USA or Canada with limited plan. Call quality is very good in Vonage. Text messaging service is also provided by Vonage and all these things comes with minimal cost. They have recently implemented the direct Team meeting calling facility so your team can connect with that by entering meeting pin nd going through meeting link.. Issue with phone resolved because of Jaro.

I am so happy to write this review for Jaro who is a Vonage Employee. He resolved the problem with my phone which no one else was able to do. He was patient, considerate and very knowledgeable. From August 3, 2020 until today September 6, 2020 my phone was not working. He was on the phone today for three hours with me. What do you like best? Very clear communications... No issues and great support... What do you dislike? Should be less costly for additional team members What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? centralized calling and the recordings enable me to go back and get conversation details to do quotes , etc.
