What do you like best about Voluum? Very helpful customer support, brilliant tracking tool What do you dislike about Voluum? Very stingy on features. They make you pay for every little feature, lol. Chat support expires within a month. Also, no cross device tracking (I suggested IP address) What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you? Voluum allows you to track every combination you can think of.

It's fast, hosted on multiple AWS locations and has been as reliable as we could ask for. 100% uptime which is extremely important in the advertising space. What do you like best about Voluum? Great tutorials and onboarding procedures. Voluum has a great training and education area. The setup was much more straightforward than other platforms that I have used previously. What do you dislike about Voluum? Little pricy but the features are well worth the additional costs. Can seem a little pricey, especially with the atomizer. What problems is Voluum solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking. Sometimes platforms over report on conversions.
