What do you like best about Voluum? Whenever I have had any issues or questions on how to properly use the software, I simply open a support ticket and it gets resolved very quickly. In fact, I'd like to specifically mention Anna on the customer success team. She went above and beyond and even recorded screen capture videos detailing some very complex scenarios that I inquired about whether Voluum can even do. Aside from the intuitive platform, the integration is seamless thanks to the assistance of our tech support manager Gabriela who guided us through the platform and implementation process with our partners until we went live with our first campaign and still was there past the testing period due to a tech issue until it was solved. What do you dislike about Voluum? Been through the whole platform and I can't think of anything specific I dislike to far ...
