What do you like best about Volopay? Minimalist, very user-friendly idiot-proof UI/UX, record of transactions are neatly stacked within a list on a less fuzzy interface: just perfect for every company regardless of size and users and industry. What do you dislike about Volopay? There's a tad manual approach on invoicing - very minimal i would say as someone would need to input a description on what an invoice is all about. What do you like best about Volopay? Volopay has greatly helped us in managing our reimbursements and bill payments to various vendors. Volopay also provides corporate cards which can be used manage our official trip expenses. What do you dislike about Volopay? Invoice creation on volopay is almost manual which could be automated. If can set up automatic sync rule from Volopay to other accounting sorftware will be the best. What problems is Volopay solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Volopay? ease of uploading the receipt saves so much time on documentation and reconciliation. The camera feature greatly improved UX. What do you dislike about Volopay? Customer support can be better. Once our cars got suspended for getting flagged on fraudulent transactions, we couldnt recover the card. What problems is Volopay solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of tracking and segregating company spend.

"Not a bad product, but horrible client servicing team"

What do you like best about Volopay? Pretty easy- no need for many fields. As a sales guy, there are lots of expenses to do and it's pretty easy for us to keep track of individual receipts. Before this, the mobile app didn't have a camera feature so it was terrible UX but now it's great. What do you dislike about Volopay? We can't group this by trips or a business meeting which can be a little tricky. And I've heard feedback from my manager that she literally get an email for every single ...

What do you like best about Volopay? Everything you need for a virtual card. Easy to set up. Works with apple pay too! What do you dislike about Volopay? Requires me to key in my email once before proceeding to log in via google account. What problems is Volopay solving and how is that benefiting you? Receiving fixed budget from the company gor business expenses.

What do you like best about Volopay? Complete integration of Financial management. The biggest plus is Virtual cards to control, track and set spending rules for each card. What do you dislike about Volopay? Not user friendly admin dashboard. Features for admin control to be improved. What problems is Volopay solving and how is that benefiting you?
