"The best software for customer service"
What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud? It is very simple to use and implement! It took less than two days to start working. Also, our customer service reps benefit a lot from using two-way CRM integration. The client's card from our CRM is showed during the call that is a real time-saver. In turn, the client's data in the CRM system is automatically updated when an agent makes some changes.

What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud? This is a blended call center solution handling both inbound and outbound calls, it has easily configured outbound campaigns with an IVR constructor and many more useful features. The vendor came up with a perfect combination of quality and cost-efficiency. It's worth having it!

"Voiptime Call center is a powerful solution"
What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud? It has a great variety of features, especially I liked its detailed reporting and resources sections. Thanks to the Quality Assessment and Workforce my team are managed well and I've noticed a significant increase inefficiency. Generally, after using it for a while we realized its real robust and usage simplicity.

"Great software for cold calling"
What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud? What we really like about this software is that it has a bunch of other useful features in addition to auto dialer. It’s really important for us to be able to process our database effectively and Voiptime Cloud ensures that. Starting out and setting the campaign is very easy and overall it’s very user-friendly software.
