It is a reliable, inexpensive service that delivers all I had with my landlines in the past, but with far more expansive feature set. "Amazing yet simple VOIP service"

What do you like best about VoIP.ms? The platform is super easy. The layout works well to navigate to each part of the admin portal and get the pertinent information. The customer service is super fast to help. When we first migrated to VOIP.MS they offered simple setup guides in their wiki and when I had qeustions I was able to chat with a support technician right away and get any issues resolved. What do you like best about VoIP.ms? I like the low cost and customizable capabilities of the service. The customer service is also top-notch, they are willing to help with any issues that you have. What do you dislike about VoIP.ms? The issue I have is the SMS service is so-so. Sometimes I receive my texts on my system other times I have to go to the SMS interface to see them. If you are a reseller, they don't have an SMS feature that can be a deal-breaker, especially for smaller companies ...

Forwarding to old ATA's causes calls to be a bit choppy. Recommendations to others considering VoIP.ms: Buy a high quality sip phone. What problems is VoIP.ms solving and how is that benefiting you? The customer service is great. They are always punctual when responding to my issues with.. a tissue!

What do you like best about VoIP.ms? I love how easy the site is to use and you really can get started within minutes! What do you dislike about VoIP.ms? I wish that that platform had the ability to connect to one server in a location and then the platform has the various servers behind it and performs the load balancing and failover automatically What problems is VoIP.ms solving and how is that benefiting you? Honestly, I have no problems...any time I contact them they always solve my problem!

What do you like best about VoIP.ms? I like that I haven't had any outages due to VoIP.ms. I like that my technical questions have always been answered rather quickly, too. What do you dislike about VoIP.ms? I had to go to SRFax for an inexpensive fax solution. Their $3.29 plan is perfect for my once-in-a-while fax needs. I wish VoIP.ms had the same plan/option.
