What do you like best about VoIP.ms? The UI to build your phone tree is great. They have a very knowledgeable wiki sections for programming your phones to its network What do you dislike about VoIP.ms? So far nothing. What do you like best about VoIP.ms? Im able to get enough info in order to set up end points correctly. What do you dislike about VoIP.ms? Not be able to swap DID numbers on real-time What problems is VoIP.ms solving and how is that benefiting you? I can see in real-time if the endpoints are registered to the voip ms servers and also from which IP address those end points are connected. That makes it easier for the support.

What do you like best about VoIP.ms? Fast, and easy ordering of DID numbers in thousands of locations. Low prices. Great website controls. Easy manipulation of how a call behaves. What do you dislike about VoIP.ms? The fact that it is mostly North America-centric. In this day and age, a company like this should be more global. "Easy, reliable - in short, solid"

What do you like best about VoIP.ms? When I needed service to a site that providers were giving me a hard time about getting what we needed, VoIP.ms was the go to that got everything up and running quickly and without fuss. Easy provisioning, great quality, good options. "Solid company despite DDOS attack"

What do you like best about VoIP.ms? An amazing number of features at a very low price. I've been with VoIP.ms for over 10 years for both business and personal use. Other than the massive DDOS attack in September 2021, they have been very reliable. I believe they have strengthened their infrastructure based on what they learned during the DDOS. What do you like best about VoIP.ms? Very quick troubleshooting support and allow you to control the trouble ticket from the get go. What do you dislike about VoIP.ms?
