What do you like best about Vivantio? The most helpful part of Vivantio is how the Job orders from different work groups are being organized to have a better monitoring. It fairly competes with ither softwares.

What do you like best about Vivantio? The service level timer duration, separation of request and issue. There is two interface which you can navigate based from your preference and the emailing capabilities is very functioning realtime.
