What do you like best about Vivantio? Cloud platform accessible from a web browser. The application is simple but covers all essential service management functionalities. The application can be adjusted with certain limits (configuration areas are fixed). I also like communication with Vivantio support - they are responsive and willing to help. Vivantio API is well documented and can be used easily.

"Vivantio's has been super helpful to my agency.Would recommend 100% to anyone else."

What do you like best about Vivantio? I love the fact that we can customize almost anything we want and are able to pull different kinds of reports. I also LOVE the fact that I can search for older tickets by keyword as my old helpdesk system didnt have this and made it difficult to look back on previous resolutions of things. Also love how friendly and helpful the Vivantios staff is.

"Very satisfied!"

What do you like best about Vivantio? We purchased Vivantio to replace Zendesk which we felt wasn't living up to our expectations. Vivantio has met all of our needs and offers many features that we weren't necessarily looking for but have been quite helpful. We bought it for ticket management but have been delighted with the forms, workflows, customer portal, etc.
