What do you like best about Vivantio? Vivantio is great for its breadth in service desk offerings, from multiple incident areas, service requests, problems, auditing, asset management, knowledge base and reporting. Each area is uniquely configurable to ensure it works to the needs of the requirements. I love how simply customizable the solution is at a global and per-user level.

What do you like best about Vivantio? I like the way Vivanito is very user-friendly and also like how customisable it is. Iam looking forward to seeing further integration and development features. Features already being brought out are integration to Teams and Power Bi integration.

What do you like best about Vivantio? I am most happy with the service and collaboration with Vivantio's team from vendor selection through implementation. Their team was able to hone into what my business needs are and were able to fine-tune a solution for us.

"Great System to Make day to day life better"

What do you like best about Vivantio? The reports are easy to run, and there is a lot of reports to give you a complete view of the issues which have been logged, but if the standard reports are what you want, you are able to create your own in addition to this it is easy for new staff to learn how to use the system. It is full of feature to get a full overview of the status of the helpdesk

What do you like best about Vivantio? The thing I like best is the level of support offered. I can always get someone to assist or answer my questions. I like the knowledge base capabilities. Looking forward to getting that set up completely.
