"Personable experience"

What do you like best about Vivantio? My favourite thing about Vivantio is making it personable to our company. Being able to use the custom forms and trigger rules is a huge benefit. Their customer service team is also super helpful when an issue occurs.

What do you like best about Vivantio? I like the flexability in adding tabs to tickets which can be personalised. This includes Yes/No questions and the rules that can be added.
