What do you like best about Vitay? Vitay has cut down the time it takes to receive references back from our candidates. In a market where employees can choose from various employers, we must receive connections back as quickly as possible so we don't lose quality candidates.

Our recruiters LOVE that Vitay puts the burden of obtaining the reference on the candidate. The recruiter gets an email once it's complete and the reference is documented in our ATS.
