What do you like best about VisualSP? Unlike most of the in-app learning tools in the industry, VisualSP is highly focused on Microsoft products which provide enhanced flexibility and integration capability. What do you like best about VisualSP? What I like most is it's a full-featured user support platform that is mainly built to help employees be more productive without frustration. What do you like best about VisualSP? The product was super easy to deploy and just started working. We found the pre-canned set of training modules especially useful. Our previous experience with DAP solutions has shown that considerable effort goes into content creation. When the content is already prepped, the level of effort for starting up and maintaining VisualSP drops to next to nothing. What do you like best about VisualSP? The fact that it remains hidden yet available at all times for me to use the help when I need it. I love how help content is easily searchable and relevant to what I am looking at on the screen. What do you dislike about VisualSP?
