What do you like best? It's very easy to learn! And anything you do while learning can be easily fixed if mistakes are made. What do you dislike? Kinks in the system. It's not often but it can slow you down a little when it does happen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? After working on other hotel systems, I would definantly choose Matrix to work off of compared to the others.

Night audit
What do you like best? Its simple and easy to use quick check in easy night audit. Very user friendly What do you dislike? It's simplicity is a little bit of a issue and doesn't give you a in depth look at the property What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Property management
