What do you like best? This software is user friendly and customer service is great What do you dislike? Visual Matrix

What do you like best? It's very easy to learn! And anything you do while learning can be easily fixed if mistakes are made. What do you dislike? Kinks in the system. It's not often but it can slow you down a little when it does happen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? After working on other hotel systems, I would definantly choose Matrix to work off of compared to the others.

User friendly

What do you like best? If you can fill in a form online you can use this program. It is very up to date with current technology and it looks appealing. What do you dislike? If you are on the cloud version and you have too many tabs open and one expires you get logged out of every tab. There is also a glitch with creating a new reservation sometimes where you can't just cancel the reservation. You have to fill in data then cancel the reservation. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? It is up to date and most friendly system we ever used. This is totally user friendly and easy to learn. What do you dislike? Wonderful Program

What do you like best? It’s so easy to get guests checked in quickly and efficiently. What do you like best? It has made reservations so much easier compared to the previous system that we were using. The organization of the tabs were top notch.
