Love being able to create great looking…
Love being able to create great looking presentations and videos even without being a designer. It is quite easy to understand and there is a good library of instructions. Product and Support teams are very engaged and there are regular updates on new and improved functionality. There are some technical issues once in a while, but overall great to use.

Great service, great package
After complaining about being told I was eligible for an Educator discount, without being warned of the qualifying conditions, I was duly given the discount. On that package I was able to produce a great eBook digital product. The program was a pleasure to use, and my questions were answered promptly and clearly. Linking the eBook to my website was straightforward, and later changes registered automatically on the website version.

Can't access but paid!
After initially accessing the dashboard, I have been met with chronic 404 and server down messages. Using other devices, cleaning cache and relogging in all fail despite paying for the program! There's no mechanism to reach customer support to remedy situation. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL! (Did I mention awful yet?!) Don't waste your money or time.
