"Excellent onboarding, robust tool"
What do you like best about Virtuous? The onboarding process was so well thought out and managed. The onboarding team was knowledgeable, responsive and so reliable. I didn't run into a single issue that they couldn't help me navigate. What do you dislike about Virtuous? The gift entry doesn't suit our small team. "Really great, easy-to-use tool for the entire nonprofit team"
What do you like best about Virtuous? Virtuous' main platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate the basic modules, even for those not on our development team. Being able to add on additional features as we expand our goals and capabilities is convenient. The giving module, which we use the most, is very intuitive and comes standard with all of the capabilities that a complex fundraising team will need. "Virtuous has made my life so much easier!"
What do you like best about Virtuous? It’s a great way of collating all our donation and grant information – it means I can keep track of people’s giving and tailor our asks and donor strategy accordingly! The query tool is especially useful for this. I also love the fact that all our website donations through Raise Donors are uploaded automatically into the Virtuous system. That's a big help! "Get 2 -3 References To Ensure You Are Getting The Right Product For Your Needs"
What do you like best about Virtuous? Virtuous offers giving pages that will meet the needs of receiving donations. We run a platform for sending coffee for donations given, and respectfully, they are not a fulfillment style of system. "Not user friendly"
What do you like best about Virtuous? I like that it keeps a record of all the transactions ever made and information about the donors. What do you dislike about Virtuous? You can't find things easily, the user interface is not user-friendly. I can't see my total funds ever received. Pages load very slowly. What problems is Virtuous solving and how is that benefiting you? The only thing I find virtuous good for is that I can reach my donors contact info

"Zero, and I mean zero, customer support"
What do you like best about Virtuous? There is a lot of potentially powerful capabilities. What do you dislike about Virtuous? They think of themselves as the leader in non-profit CRM. Reality is they offer no customer support at all. Sure, you can review a webinar and hope it might cover the issue you are having, but probably not. No phone support, not even live chat support.
