Hello

Hello! So, I really enjoy the process in setting up a profile. However, there are no subject area columns or an option to search your subject area or desired job. It is tedious scrolling through all of those jobs when there are so many!

Cold company

Cold company, they dont care about their teachers anymore. Worked for them 2 years, never received my last contract to sign, tried to communicate with them, they never responded any of my messages, didnt even get a termination letter, a thank you note, nothing. Never knew what happened or if I did something wrong. Very dissapointing

"VIPKid is too impersonal for me as a traditionally brick-and-mortar educator."

What do you like best about VIPKid? I like that VIPKid offered the opportunity to work flexibly from home. What do you dislike about VIPKid?

Only U.S. and Canadian citizens can apply.

Only U.S. and Canadian citizens can apply. Even native speaker from UK can not be employed. That is unfair!

"A worth-while endeavor"

What do you like best about VIPKid? VIPKid is a flexible and fulfilling way to come up with additional flex spending for my family. The curriculum is provided for you, all you have to do is be there for the kids and provide the best learning experience possible for them. Very little preparation is required.

CCP parents carry anti-U.S. sentiment

I began teaching in 11/2017 and stopped taking bookings in 02/2020. I taught over 5,000 classes. I used to tell everyone it was great but now I tell people, "DO NOT go near it with a ten foot pole!"This change happened very quickly. There was a change in the overall climate in 01/2020 which translated to parents' dissatisfaction with U.S. teachers. But the most disturbing fact of all which I had a difficult time coming into this realization is, CCP parents can ACTUALLY TARGET certain (types ...

They take care of their teachers well

They take care of their teachers well; fair pay; they provide training. Their hiring is a little strange- they don´t value the experience of being a communications trainer- you must have a degree it seems. I have taught here for 4 years. I am happy. It gives freedom. Jess from Canada

Shady business practices

Shady business practices, no care for the teachers. I do not recommend it.
