What do you like best about VinSolutions Connect CRM? The aspect of the software I like best is the Dealer Dashboard which displays the internet sales funnel for the past 30 days, internet response times for the past 2 weeks, and KPIs.

What do you like best about VinSolutions Connect CRM? I love that I can text straight from my phone as if it were my personal cell phone number. It shows proof in the CRM that I am talking with my customers. These are also used as notes to go back and look at what we talked about. The manager can even go into the system and see I have reached out to the customer. If there is a problem on who said what we can always go back to the text messages and read what happened.

What do you like best about VinSolutions Connect CRM? I can see all calls that came that I selected from specific sources in the CRM and if there is no match it will allow me to add and match it.

What do you like best about VinSolutions Connect CRM? When you download the app onto your phone you can take a picture of the clients license front and back to insert them into the crm system. The competitors out there have a much better system that focuses more on reaching out to the clients.
