Kevin is Superb!

Excellent CRM for modern agencies
The platform is clearly a very modern CRM system with some fantastic features. Almost more importantly the support team is excellent and I always found I had my queries dealt with swiftly and accurately. Harini Devendra and Mikey in particular were excellent with their support.

A simple yet in-depth CRM/ATS
A simple to use yet in-depth CRM/ATS. Does everything I need it to and more whilst reducing admin time 10x compared to other systems. Brilliant analytics and data tools giving complete clarity over all areas of the business as well as the added bonus of being able to set monetary / kpi targets and track these through a great-looking dashboard. I have used more than a few ATS/CRM in my career and this is by far the best on the market

The best recruitment CRM/ATS all in one product on the market
I chose Vincere after looking at a number of different products on the market and am really happy with the decison. They offer an all in one system with both CRM and ATS, plus integration with your company website at fantastic value. Their training is thorough, friendly and it's easy to pick up. The constant support and training is excellent and really helped make the changeover process as smooth as possible. Even after the go-live date, the support is still there and they are very quick with responding. Very easy to navigate.
