What do you like best? It's a very intuitive piece of software that all my recruiters love and has made our work in the office ten times quicker. What do you like best? Overall I think that Vincere is a good bit of kit. The best thing is the on going support. If there are any problems the team are very quick to get back to you and I love that you can give constructive criticisms and they will then incorporate it into Vincere. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The applicant tracking system makes it really easy to keep on top of things and the analytical tools are better than the ones on Bullhorn in my view. That aside the link to LinkedIn is a brilliant tool and one that has saved an awful lot of time. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Its simple, easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. What do you dislike? Few glitches, can't send a candidate to bulk contacts using distribution lists. We can't pick up the majority of clients when adding them to a distribution list from the postcode which is really frustrating - still not resolved. Vincere have a very solid product which is comparable to the rest of the market but where they add real value is in the soft services that come with the product.
