Vincere..Definitely a thumbs up.
Vincere is a great recruitment operating system i've been using for over 5 years. It's user friendly and ties up/feeds in really well from one area to another. The system is always being improved and what's great is the small bite, well explained webinars hosted by Matt Donnelly, the Senior GTM Manager. With a 'Product Updates & Releases' area to visit/refresh, it's also great if i've missed anything!). Definitely a thumbs up.

Karen Alcobilla is so supportive and always available to show me how to navigate with Vincere. Whenever I'm stuck with a question on how to do things in the system, it becomes easier when someone is guiding me. Moved over to Vinny March 2023
Moved over to Vinny March 23 and they have been really helpful and made the overall implementation as smooth as they could. Yes the odd hiccup but in any data migration and CRM move there will be. Alan George and Juan have gone the extra mile during the migration and Alan post migration has helped with all the little challenges we have had with Vinny. Vinny listens to the customers and you can see that purely from product feedback and the upgrades they make.
