Excellent Customer Service and Support
I have been with Vincere for a long time 6 years or so and they are constantly evolving and providing additional updates and access to training. The system is very comprehensive with so many features on the client and and candidate side with access to excellent customer service staff who have been there for a long time and are always willing to help you and answer your questions. Have coordinated with the Vincere team about integrating their system into our office, and the integration process has been seamless and great. New Vincere Implementation
Recently made the move from a Legacy system to the Vincere Core system. The whole process throughout was top grade from procurement to implementation. Good levels of support from the team behind the scenes and a great product to configure and begin to use, I Particularly wanted to highlight the work of Cal in the implementation team who was always available to provide knowledge and guidance throughout the process in a balanced and good-natured way.

Vincere is a feature rich ATS System with robust search functions. I love how they are continuously working on customer feedback and releasing small updates from time to time, so that users can get familiar with the product updates gradually.
