What do you like best about Vincere? I love the LiveList. It gives a fantastic Customer experience and is also super helpful for the recruiters to manage the pipeline in a very easy way! I also like that all the client contact can happen within in the system and is avaible for every internal employee - so everybody knows whats going on at all times. What do you dislike about Vincere? Vincere has enabled us to operate more efficiently as a business cutting time taken to go through processes and increasing productivity amongst consultants. We have been able to utilise the training effectively to maximise our usage and the potential of the system internally. This has helped us to engage more clients and increase our conversion ratios on vacancies in house.
