The experience with Vincere has been great so far, I've been mainly working with the Implementation Team who’ve been incredibly patient and helpful, making sure to hold our hands and walk us through the process carefully. I can say they were very organised, welcoming, professional yet warm and friendly but most importantly, flexible with our demanding schedules.
