Customer Service Stinks!

What do you like best? Livestream looked like a good solution for our church streaming needs. What do you dislike? Because of limitations when interfacing with Wirecast, we tried to cancel our account after only one day. Their website said they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. The cancel button would only let me cancel the renewal for the next year, and not my current subscription that was only one day old. The Livestream software seems to do an “ok” job and usually is suitable for what we need to do.
