"Great Support!"
What do you like best about viEval? I like how it automates the review process. There is also a high level of support to set up and use the product, which is needed since we are using only once a year.

What do you like best about viEval? I like that viEval is supported by a team that understands how the layers work at law firms. The setup is what I need, within the time constraints I require. Very thankful to the viEval team.

What do you like best about viEval? We had a homegrown application that was highly-customized. There was fear that no product on the market could duplicate our app. viEval (Classic) met all our needs. Naturally, there was some change management that we had to work through, but it has been a great experience. Having looked at other vendors, I'm sure the competition would not have been able to accommodate a lot of our bespoke requirements. We are told that viWave is even better than Classic, ...

What do you like best about viEval? Cara has been fantastic to work with on our migration to viEval. She is helpful, answers questions thoroughly, and has made our transition very smooth.

"viEval has greatly improved and streamlined our review process. The vi support team is outstanding!"
What do you like best about viEval? The viEval product (and the full vi suite of products) has been a welcome change for the attorneys, Legal Talent Office, and IT here at S&C. The platform gives LTO more control over the eval process, and is an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for our attorneys. We have been using the system for a few years now, and have not encountered any technical issues with the platform, which was an issue on our legacy evaluation systems before we moved to viEval.

"David Gerkin's Utilize Experience"
What do you like best about viEval? The "easy to read" reporting and user defined options for the reporting. I am a major proponent of using metrics in my day to day management and Utilize gives me all of the tools to generate those stats.
