What do you like best about VideoPeel? It's easy to leave a review. No app is necessary, just your phone. Watching a review about the product you want to purchase or the services you're looking for go a lot farther with a video review.

Predatory pricing, stay away!

They don't tell you this beforehand, but VideoPeel has an arbitrary "30-day written notification requirement" in order to pause or end your account. Super predatory. At least the cable company can pretend that they have equipment to restock when they do this, but VideoPeel does this with a software subscription.

I bought their product via an appsumo deal, and actually stacked a couple codes to get more videos. If you aren't familiar with Appsumo, it's a platform that software companies like Videopeel use to gain momentum and users, at cheap, but they have to offer a crazy awesome deal where it is some form of the product for lifetime for one set price. Anyway, all good, product seemed ok. But the real issue I had was their poor attitude. Firs they tried upselling a pretty crucial feature for $1000 ...

EDIT: Removing an additional star, because honestly, I could not be more appalled by this company. Not only did they make zero attempts to correct or apologize for the way they treated me, but they successfully got Appsumo to censor my review and then tried to do the same thing here on trustpilot, claiming I hadn't had a genuine experience. Alas, what do you do when you still have full access to the platform you paid for, and can video screenshare it with trustpilot's compliance team + you ...

What do you like best about VideoPeel? this platform allows you to stand you and cut through everyone else who just paid for a bunch of fake review. It allows you to have real customers advocate for you.
