The Vidday was super easy

The Vidday process was quick and easy for the costumer and the guests receiving the link. It was easy to send to our guests via email or text. You could review if the link was delivered and if your guests provided a video. I loved that Vidday provided a friendly, detailed, but brief message that our guests could read prior to recording their video. This helped them to be aware of how their video would be shown. I will definitely utilize Vidday in the future! The final product was amazing! ...

Easy for the creatively challenged

They made it very easy for someone who is not so creative to create a wonderful, lasting memory for someone. If I had 1 piece of feedback, I would say be more upfront with the pricing.

Useful video service, insufferable spamming to upload videos

Useful video service, but as someone who was added as part of an email chain, it’s pretty insufferable to get spammed multiple times on the last day to submit videos. The service also cries wolf a bit saying it’s one hour left, then another email saying it’s now or never. But that’s not the final email— yet another email comes in shortly after that. Please be polite in email communications, would engender more goodwill among user base.

Great product! It simplifies a lot the process by "putting it all together" and I've recommended it to friends and only heard good feedback.

Awesome customer service

The process of uploading was easy. By the time I completed my project, the final rendering just polished a few spots of what I had already done myself, but that helped with its overall delivery. So for the video process, I give it a 4. Now as far as customer service/chat, that, I rate a 5! The support I received each time I had a question was stellar!
