What do you like best? Great features all around! The playback is by far the best - always clear & high quality which was an issue with the last company we worked with. Recording is easy and almost never any technical issues, our candidates are able to move through quickly. A wonderful, useful product with outstanding support and customer service

What do you like best? Good product, handles volume applicants, screens in and out effectively, supported by a helpful team when needed, is customizable, can search on almost everything in the application. Cross-platform functionality was nil and dealing with end users with varying degrees of tech competency was a problem. What do you like best? Customer service has been top notch. Folks are quick to respond and hop on the phone. They want to help you make the most of your product. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We do a lot of hiring (2-5 people /month) and we receive a ton of applicants. Adding VidCruiter as part of the process has shown us who our most dedicated and interested hires are, and weeds out many applicants automatically.
