What do you like best? I have been using VidCruiter for a little over 4 months. Hard to choose what is best, but I would say consumer service. The slightest issue (not that there were many) and the costumer service team was immediately on the go solving it. I definitely felt I was a top priority while the issue was resolved and felt very little impact on my operations. VidCruiter is very easy to learn and very user friendly as well as easy to navigate. What do you like best? Provides a solid testing platform for tests, video interviews and reference checking. The support team go beyond the call of duty to make sure your questions are answered and to implement solutions to meet your needs. The use of Vidcruiter facilitated the administration of a high volume selection process (900 applicants) and allowed us to save multiple weeks in the administration of interviews. Saving me hours of time and improving my workflow with clients

What do you like best? Collecting applicant data is the best part, once the job is setup in the system having them complete the online form makes it easy to see if they are suitable and where there could be potential issues that need to be covered. The helpdesk team are fantastic, so clear and quick to get back to me and I'm in Australia. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ability to assess a large number of candidates without the burden of logistical coordination of interviews. Ability to export ratings directly. What do you dislike?
