What do you like best? VidCruiter is a very efficient and user-friendly platform. It has provided us the ability to manage a high volume selection process in a very timely manner. Having all the information (video recordings, ratings, comments, etc.) stored in one place and being able to share candidate recordings with the raters directly on the platform is very convenient for both the raters and the human resources team. What do you like best? The tech support. Remi and his team are amazing and always are available to assist us far more quickly than we would ever expect or imagine. They jump on a call with us same or next day sometimes, which makes me feel like I am their only client. That of course isn't the case, but that's the level of care they give you. What do you like best? The customer service is excellent, their response is fast and they help us with the troubleshooting. Our client Manager takes the time to explain the features in the system and guides us on this new platform to help us be more efficient. Candidate screening and document handling

What do you like best? The simplicity to search for candidates and flip between parts of their applications from one screen. What do you dislike? I know they are continuously working to add all the little things we request so I really can't complain! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to improve the upload abilities, transfer candidates, etc... they are continuously working to solve any problem we bring them.

What do you like best? I love the ability to build applicant steps easily, track applicants across multiple steps, and communicate with other hiring managers without missing a beat. What do you dislike? The only challenge I've had so far is that the email notifications I send from the hiring platform were blocked by my email domain, but that's fixable.
